On a visit to Beverley Minster

A dull day perhaps but enhanced by the
Minster. There was no charge for entrance
which is a most generous gesture considering
the cost of maintaining this magnificent
example of medieval architecture. There was
a small charge for use of camera which
almost came with a feeling of relief that
there was some way of giving financial
support.
