Early start due to icy conditions
Got to work for 7.50am as roads were quiet for a change :)
Work
Drive straight to Sainsburys so I didn't have to get up too early tomorrow :)

Put shopping away
Dinner

Absolutely shattered and about to turn in for an early night...apologies for lack of commenting.  Struggled to get bllips this week one way or another due to weather conditions partly :(

5720 steps today (I now go down the stairs at work several times a day from the third floor in an attempt to increase exercise (and then up in the lift):))
