Exposure exercise

I've signed up to do 'A year with my camera' by Emma Davies. It's free, and she sends a little tutorial and photography exercise to do each Thursday. Anyhow this week it's on exposure - and we have to take a photo of something white on white or black on black and adjust the exposure (because the camera gets it wrong basically but she explains why). Anyhow here's my attempt - though not got my computer so had to edit the exposure on my phone because not patient enough to sort it out on my camera before taking it!
