..... or at least part of mine.
It's really not what you need when you're trying to move house. Torrential rain, blocked down pipe due to pine needles, water backing up till bathroom basin overflowed and whoosh, kitchen ceiling comes down.
Insurance not interested, leaves qualify as 'maintenance', so our thanks go to the men who recently fitted new downpipes with a too-tight bend and no hedgehog to guard the top.
The kitchen is just over a year old.
