Flood Clean Up

I went for a walk down by the canal again, and the sun was shining, although it was freezing cold (literally, it was -1 when I left). This is some of the flood clean up work, but by a part of the canal which is still derelict. It is a very difficult decision, do they continue to redevelop the area (and it is a lovely walk down there), knowing that there will be periodic floods?
