Wintry walk

A day of tackling the 'to do' list - which seems to grow longer by the hour! Suppose I should view it as the perpetual challenge that it is, rather than something I might ever reach the the end of...

Late in the afternoon MrM and I decided to have a wintry walk through the snow on the low hills above Wooler. Cold (around freezing) but very still - something nice about crunching through frosted snow! And Dolly, our canine guest, had a great time. Good views of Coldberry Hill (to the left) and Humbleton Hill (right), but too little light for a decent shot. The last of the light had all but gone when we opened the door to the flat, as the church clock chimed 5.

After ticking off one or two more things on that list, looking forward to a relaxing evening.
