Almendros en flor

The Tramontana is picking up to gale-force proportions, as it does each Winter, so I decided to take a quick photo of the almond blossom in the fledgling trees in the garden. It was a good call, as the wind has now stripped every single flower, and would have done the same to my washing had I not quickly brought it in. That wind howls in the most bloodcurdling way....
