We made an expedition by bus out to the big blue-and-yellow store at Straiton, being in need of upgrading some of our somewhat ramshackle shelving arrangements (not to mention DH's drawers).

This was the view from the bus stop as we waited for the bus back into town; the Pentlands looking a touch wintry. Today was the first time this year that I needed to deploy the YakTrax - still the original pair, so looking a little rusty in spots, but still so reassuring to wear.
