Chiltern Place

Another top drawer resi development in the making just round the corner from the office. This is at the junction of Chiltern Street and Crawford Street. It's a development by Ronson Capital Partners LLP. Apparently this is a new investment firm established by Gerald Ronson, founder and Chief Executive of Heron International. The website all looks very swish. No prices though - I suspect not much affordable housing! It's a lovely location though. I wish that I could afford to live there.
