Butter chicken

Not a very exciting picture but a very tasty curry, although slightly too spicy for Tim!

The curry sauce was a base of puréed cashew nuts and coconut milk so was lovely and creamy but not too heavy!

We also made our own poppadoms which involved flash frying discs which looked a bit like lasagna sheets but which puffed up when in the hot oil!

All in all a very tasty Saturday night!
