parkrun anniversary

Today marked the fourth anniversary of St Albans parkrun, which was celebrated with awards being handed out and plenty of delicious cakes on offer at the finish. With the temperature around freezing and ice on the path around the lake, the alternative cross country route was used today. No mud, but rock hard uneven ground made for a challenging but enjoyable run, and once again there over 400 people of all ages and standards took part.
