Freezing overnight so the snow has turned crunchy.

Hectic morning.  They guys were back insulating the upstairs loft.  Lots of coming and going with rolls of insulation.  Gill was back for her first full shift with Alan and he was hyper about it.  Jo came for the first hour incase Gill needed a hand but Alan was still asleep so the three of us had coffee and a blether instead.  

My Blip pal Sleepyhead arrived just after 12.30 and after lunch we had a well overdue catch up and I got to hear about his fantastic trip down under.    David got home from work and the three of us sat discussing healthy eating and getting fit whilst eating home made lasagne, garlic bread (salad too ;-)) followed by hot crepes, bananas (that's healthy!) Haagen Dazs salted caramel ice cream and caramel sauce .  

It was a bit of a late night, not good when facing an early rise..
