Uh oh!

I had an email from Mum a couple of days ago to say that she'd had another fall.  Same side, same eye, but fortunately higher so that the black eye is not as bad and she didn't damage the brand new glasses she got as a result of the last fall.  She assures me that aside from some bumps, scrapes and bruises, she is fine.  

I called in to see her today and thought I'd best photograph the results even though they're not as dramatic as last time.  You can see the scarring from the previous fall that is only just healing.

My lovely Sebastian left this morning, his Mum and Ben whisked him away from me.  And although it means I can now get some serious work done I am going to miss him horribly.  It did mean thought that I could go up to Nelson to visit Mum and to buy a new washing machine - mine died earlier in the week.
