Dumpling Dinner

Gina and Ants came over tonight and we got a dumpling production line going. They had brought a pork and coriander filling, we'd made lamb and bok choy.  We tried the pot-sticker method (at back) but they did stick a bit so we used the chicken broth to cook most of them.  Tender, flavoursome and fun.

Spent a lot of today on photos (weather was crap so that was good!)  I've made up a large glossy coffee book of my favourite bird photos such as my robin, tui, and many many fantails!  It was fun, I hope it comes out ok.
