Wet weather today,Mark and i were planning to take the bike to Kelso for BMF bike show,but decided against it because of the weather forecast down there,
went down to Cardwell Garden Centre,its a great place to visit,even if its raining,most of it is undercover,on the way out,spotted lots of birds around the feeders there,including this little chap, Weightwatchers plan still going well,its not easy especially when you eat out,but i had the healthy options!
