Real snow

We've had a heavy fall of snow today which makes it difficult for me to get my car out as it has rear wheel drive and doesn't do well in the snow; which surprised me as it is a German make and they get lots of snow in Germany.  The biggest problem I have however is that a message is popping up saying there was a malfunction with the last USB (my Nikon camera)  I used on my computer and Windows doesn't recognise the USB.  I am using my phone just now.
