Nene Quilters

Had a lovely day at Nene quilters. Its a group that meet quarterly.  There was tabletop sales in the morning and then a speaker in the afternoon. There was a lot less sales tables there, but one was really (really!) good. The ladies were totally de cluttering mostly from their C&G days. So they had wonderful books at £1 and loads more. I was definitely their best customer!

In the afternoon there was a talk by Yvonne Brown. A very talented textile artist. Her work and technique was inspiring and I have come home itching to have a go but I have lots of things I need to do first.
