Have some

It's been a weekend of celebration for dad (the old codger) birthday. It began Friday evening with a party. A rest day yesterday for some and a lunch today.

It was very nice, good food and good company. I've over indulged in all areas and i've tried to counteract the damage by getting out the wii fit for an hour. As has already been pointed out, it will take more than an hour but its a start.

It was a beautiful start to the day with the snow. It's not just the old codgers birthday tomorrow its my teenage daughters 17th, she wants snow on her birthday and it looks like she may just have some.
