Godwit

Stopped by the estuary on the way home, as the godwits were feeding in close, with the tide just beginning to go out.  By the time we'd walked back to them, though, they had retreated some tens of metres as the water receded rapidly across the very gently sloping shore.  So this is a test for my camera: just worth posting, although not too much detail in the very dull light, and grossly enlarged too.
