  Mono Monday – ‘Traditional’.
Today is the second anniversary of this popular challenge which at the present time is being hosted by osuzanna and for this week she is being joined by Paladian. I extend my thanks to you both., also a big thank you to Paladian who was the very first host of this challenge all those weeks ago.
 
The Rosary – traditional through the ages.
-          The word rosary comes from Latin and means a garland of roses, the rose being one of the flowers used to symbolize the Virgin Mary.The rosary is a devotion in honor of the Virgin Mary. It consists of a set number of specific prayers.  
 For information about the rosary, this website makes for easy and interesting reading. 

The threatening clouds of my previous two blips have produced much needed rain. The overnight rain was very welcome and as I write this at the end of the day, the rain has returned and it is now much heavier.
