Heuchera (Coral Flower)

We were woken up several times early this morning by the sound of heavy rain on the roof. I half-expected to find our house surrounded by standing water, but fortunately we just had a few big puddles to negotiate.

This picture was taken in a gardening centre, which we thought might be sufficiently peaceful and lacking in stimulus to send our little boy to sleep. That plan didn't quite work out, but I did manage to take some pictures of the flowers that had to fend for themselves against the rain, such as this one.
