The bed's made...... (AM#1)

......to the Ards Man's own design!

I've been doing the post-Christmas and post-holiday tidy and it struck me how many pieces of lovely furniture the Ards Man has made for our home.

He designed and made this double bed for the Gussies coming to stay at Christmas, the Precious having carried off her bed when she got married. This oak bed frame was started at the beginning of November and completed on Christmas Eve, after a hiatus of a month while we were in NZ. By all accounts it is very comfy!

I thought I should do a wee series of AM creations, since there are quite a few and it will give me something to blip! So this is #1, the solid oak double bed frame.
