Cabo Girao

After breakfast we caught the No 1 bus to just outside Camera de Lolbos. and walked the rest of the way in my extra shows the path we took down to the harbour.  We caught the land train up to Cabo Girao the highest cliff in Europe so we are told,  The view is magnificent and we are looking down in to Camera de Lobos  Harbour and Funchal Beyond.  The land train ride is a bit scary at the roads are steep and narrow - not sure whether going up or coming down was worse.  When we got back we had a drink at the restaurant we usually frequent and then made our way back to the bus stop.  Stopped for an ice cream on the way.  It was a very hot day and I am afraid to say my skin leaked.  We had a good 
time .  
We have walked back to Funchal from Camera de Lobos along the coast path  many times but today was just too hot
