Spring Awakening??

Are the days getting longer? They are according to somebody on the radio today. I took this pic shortly after 3pm. It's been another bright cold day, but becoming gloomy by 3. Street lights already on. I think the harbingers of spring are still some way off. Wharrabout a spot of snow?
