Snow

This morning we had our first settled snow of the winter - barely an inch or so which thawed during the day.  

We may not have the beautiful scenery of the English Lake District, the Pennines or the Peak District around here, but even the local park looked quite pretty under a white blanket.  Mind you, a dash of sun would have brought the whole scene to life.
