Chicken Run ❤️

.........After putting more bed linen in the washing machine.....(60° wash takes over 3hrs on my A+ Hoover machine).....So after tidying the kitchen I popped over to Wroughton to see a friend whose car was I the garage being serviced. She was jam making and had just finished top and tailing a pound of blackcurrants, her hands were a lovely shade of purple.....!! To this she was adding gooseberries and raspberries. While she was washing her hands and putting on the kettle for a cuppa, we noticed one of her chickens had escaped the pen and was enjoying her freedom ❤️ Armed with the blackcurrant pips the lose hen was coaxed back into the pen.....Have wings will fly...!!
I could/should have Blipped the beautiful "Chuck" but I found some gorgeous Hellebores in her garden and they won out....!!
I dropped into Jardinaire Garden Centre on the way home for some fishy supplies and to ASDA for more groceries.....Then home for a mug of earl grey before cleaning out the fish and then sorting out dinner.......More tea while watching the football......Xx
