Fires

Apologies to Kiteseeker who had commented on my original post, but events have overtaken it. Saw firemen in the yard we share with two other properties and then my neighbour came round to say that he'd set his chimney on fire. It doesn't seem to have been burning for long, so hopefully no serious damage, but the fire brigade are having to inspect his chimney from the top. Remarkably, Mme A had just rung to say that the kitchen of friends was gutted by fire today. Time to buy the smoke detectors I'd always promised myself!

My original post [see extra] was just to welcome the good news about Blip and note that I've ordered a Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ60 to replace my TZ20 which disappeared on Thursday.
