Blue Monday

According to the media, today is Blue Monday - the most depressing day of the year. The day when we supposedly feel at our most low.

 Apparently the idea was derived, not from the results of any scientific  research, but  by using a calculation involving such factors as current weather conditions and debt levels. The idea caught on, and now many of us have come to dread it.

I did resort to a chocolate bar this afternoon and a triple pack of Jaffa Cakes on my way home from work.

It can only get better :)
