He's had a pretty successful year. I think the one I'm most proud of him for is the Club Captain plate. Keep up the good work, Son!

Kent Counties start next weekend, with all the 'distance' events. Joe's down to swim 400 free and 400IM on Saturday, followed by his 1500 on Sunday. He's started on the pasta!
