Heres hoping something sweet and tasty is going to grow from this tucked up winter bed. We have a LOT of winter roots from the community farm and the thoughts of peas, tomatoes and beans are a long way off.
Anyone for: root stew, roasted roots, root soup , kale crisps, beetroot smoothie , root curry, root risotto and potatoes anyway you like them ... checking how pink our pee is after a beetroot fest is a winter must here :0)
