Richie - I really am a shy boy

Another frustrating day today. My empty container arrived at 8.30 this morning - brilliant it would be here for my furniture when it arrived! Furniture, what furniture? So yet again we were sat waiting like lemons for something to arrive that didn't. This has meant we have had to postpone a trip for a day which I am not happy about so a letter of complaint is going to the movers. I am not happy!
