Good Morning

As I open the curtains this morning this is the colours I faced, the grass looked quite white with all the frost.

Have Ortho Clinic this morning re my Achilles tendonitis, hoping for some answers to free me from anymore pain, 5years of pain is enough and I think it is the reason for the hip pain I've been experiencing too.

Back from Drs, having an X-ray tomorrow on my hip, and awaiting a scan appointment for my Achilles.
