Yesterday was a sad day;  we heard in the late afternoon that the wife of Mr HCB’s cricketing friend had died in the early hours of the morning.  You may remember my blip from 8th January and I am pleased to say that the family were with this gracious and gentle lady when she passed away.

Then, much later in the evening, just before we went to bed, we had an email from one of our Church Elders to say that a lady who had been in Church on Sunday morning had died suddenly sometime during the day yesterday.  Another beautiful and gentle lady, who had spoken in the morning of her confidence and faith in God, and who encouraged us all to take hold of His promises in the Bible.

My Blip today is dedicated to two wonderful Christian ladies, who loved God, lived out their faith and were an inspiration to many.  

His loved ones 
     are very precious to him, 
          and he does not 
               lightly let them die.
