Apples and Oranges

I'm trying to get the habit of going to the gym on my day off and today was one more stepp on the way. It's said to take 21 days to create a new habit... I don't know how that applies on a habit of 2 days/week... :D 
At the gym there's this sign saying "Put back weights after using them." and below in smaller letters: "If you don't have the strength to do so, perhaps you should use lighter weights". I often laugh when I see this sign... Staff getting tired of putting back stuff after people, I think... :D

Photo is from a quick trip outside. It's less cold today, just -7 or something. Not bad at all! :)
