Islington/Hackney

The canal is the border between the two boroughs and Hackney as somewhat more lax with their planning rules, they want to know down the old mill (with the Chimney) which is currently used as small business incubator and put more flats and boring offices in its place.  Oh and also a vent for Crossrail 2
