Spotted this old sign as renovations are going on. Am trying to find out what this was. I have discovered that at one point it was a Crawfords.

In other news; you'd think if you wereinviting your pals around that you'd do a bit of cleaning. Or tidying? Although that sort of behaviour always makesone feel better about one's own standards, doesn't it?
