Marked Up

 So, today they marked me up for radiation treatments to start tomorrow. There is no cancer, but there are random cells that could become something if left alone, so we're not leaving them alone. The marking appointment took awhile, but I told my husband that it made me think of a really pleasant alien abduction experience. They move you, they mark on you, they tell you what to do and they speak about you in a language you don't understand---but it's all very gentle and there is really nice music in the background, so no complaints here!......
