Basking in the Sunshine

The rain has stopped at last. This morning big fluffy clouds of fog drifted about, concealing, revealing different parts of the landscape. At one stage there was a beautiful fogbow (see extra shot).

For the first time in a week or more we had real, unfiltered sunshine. I had forgotten how hot it is. Lots of creatures came out to soak it up. There seemed to be lizards everywhere.There were bees, flies, spiders, and the three mantis nymphs out on the curry plant. This one is the third to arrive. It is a similar size and appearance to the first one. Kinda cute, don’t you think?
