We drove to Queenstown today and went on the steam boat over lake Wakatipu to Walter Peak Station. A 25,000 hectare station that runs 1000 head of cattle, 5,000 Perendale sheep, and 12,000 Merino sheep in the high country of New Zealand. Enjoyed seeing a dog demonstration and a sheep being shorn. Off to Christchurch tomorrow.
