My Victor Meldrew side gets annoyed by stuff like this. You could be forgiven for driving the wrong way up a one way street if you didn't own the pub on the corner and park illegally outside it on a daily basis.

There's a tent parked in on the left this morning. With people sleeping in it. Has to be better than a cardboard box but seriously, what has our society come to when people are sleeping on the streets in the middle of winter?
