Another photo which has to be attributed to G. She spotted this when she came out of school at the end of the day. These date palms are on the outside of a posh villa, which she discovered today, belongs to a member of the Qatari royal family. They use it for a few weeks every year, and for the rest of the time, they have a person employed full time, who lives in it and makes sure everything is OK! Nice work if you can get it!

G is walking on air today. She had a follow-up appointment with her oncologist who says all the test results are perfect, and he doesn't want to see her for six months. It is hard to put in words how happy she is. There has been talk of having champagne on the weekend...

And I have had not too bad a day at work... apart from being tired from a late night last night...
