Flooding in Lyme Regis Cafe

There was some serious flooding in Lyme Regis today. My partner was part of an art exhibition "Colour Line & Thread" in the Town Mill Gallery. By mid morning we had to dismantle the exhibition and move all the pictures onto the first floor.

This shot is looking down from the balcony into the adjoining cafe which has very recently opened. You can see the river lym rushing past against the french windows. I really feel for the poor guy trying to get this business off the ground.
