OOoops - One Careful Owner..

Instead of Camping, we headed off to the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu in the New Forest.... They have an excellent Top Gear exhibition as well as a James Bond one....

In fact there were so many Aston Martins that have graced the 007 film sets that it was difficult to choose from... This one is of one of the 7 DBS used in making Casino Royale complete with bullet holes in the door post/upright!!

What else was there? Roger Moores submarine Lotus Esprit from the The Spy Who Loved Me, Piearse Brosnan's 7 Series BMW, his BMW Z8 complete with small missile, the Original Finn MacMissile, i.e. Sean Connery's DB3, 3 of the 8 the baddy's gold Jag XKR from The World is not Enough/Tomorrow Never Dies (ice palace one which I can never remember) complete with Gatling Guns missiles etc!, the cello that Timothy Dalton and Marian D'Arbo sled down a mountain on and so the list goes on!.... Alternative Views...

The place will be a really nice place to come when Charlie is older and he can really appreciate what it is he is looking at! In the end he was happy with Jensen Button's 2006 McLaren Mercedes or Francesco Bennouilli (as he really knows it by) and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang! Overall, however, it was a good wet weather alternative!

The weather was truly horrid.... Anyone who lives near Kidderminster, please do not tell me it was sunny today!!!
