Scant reward

Today has involved scraping the car, a day at work, heads of department meeting, 5-a-side, scraping the car, a game of squash, a phone call to Mum, another squash game and then scraping the car.

Because I am trying to eat less my reward for all that was a bowl of soup.
Still, not long until Friday morning.

Squash league results for January: 3-1, 3-0, 3-2, 3-0. A good time to retire I think.

Three years to the day since Dad went home. Doesn't seem possible.
