Poppy and Mo

This was a very different sort of "Blip Meet", but nonetheless a very important one.  We had been so looking forward to our first encounter with Poppy Mitchell and Mo wasn't going to miss out, not for a minute.

We had a long day at Trakka today while the "MiniMo" was being put through its paces.  It was time for its 12 month service, so CCN and I spent quite a few hours waiting at the service centre while that was done.  We are absolutely diligent about keeping our cars up to scratch.  We do a lot of long driving in the country areas and it's comforting to know that everything is in order when we set off on our trips.

Then it was a quick sprint to Newcastle and it was just wonderful to see Newcastle Downunder and Hamish and Poppy Mitchell.  I'm looking forward to a big walk in the morning.

How amazing to see the total raised for the Crowd Funding go over the 130,000 pound mark.  Obviously the blippers who have already donated and pledged are sticking to their guns.  How wonderful if the four directors can start out with plenty left over to back up their endeavours.
