to be an assistant deputy (acting) coach on the Malvern Joggers couch to 5K programme for those new to running. 17 new runners braved icy pavements at a couple of degrees below zero last night: walk for 90 seconds, run for 60. The goal is a 5K Parkrun in a couple of months.
Suddenly realised that I have my own target, and need to step up training to get back to half marathons. Time to get the map out and plot a run for the weekend.
