Avocado.
I swapped my day off this week so that I could be in to receive our new sofas. This meant that I had time to make a tasty breakfast of avocado on toast.
I go through phases of loving avocados- particularly in salads, but unfortunately all too often I have great intentions of using them and by the time I do, they have gone black and mushy.
I just managed to use these in time.
