Battlefields Trip looms

After a normal day, I needed to get home in time for a presentation at Cromer Academy on the forthcoming trip to the battlefields of the First World War.

We arrived in plenty of time, and were given a very comprehensive overview of the weekend away. I wish I was going! Here Henry is having a look at some artifacts brought in by a gentleman who will the students' guide for the trip. With a packed itinerary, Henry is already looking forward to it.

That will be all 3 of mine who have done this trip through their school. It is so great that they have these opportunities. Jon and I are thinking it's our turn next. Without any kids! Ypres...beer...chocolate...history. Yep. We need to get that sorted.
