Pheasants

Today's photos were taken at Torside Visitor Centre, Longdendale  in the Peak District National Park.  The weather was awful and the birds were busy on the feeders - as always there were some lovely small birds but today I looked at the pheasants. 

The Male pheasants are obvious show offs but I do think the females ( see extra) are very attractive.
