Think Zion is coming down with conjunctivitis and a cold. Currently moaning in his sleep with a fever... Poor thing!

In other news - I have discovered a new type of hot chocolate in Holland & Barrett's today - in a squeeze bottle - it's called 'Choc Shot - liquid chocolate' and tastes wonderful. Not bad for something with no refined sugar and all seemingly good ingredients. Also it's suitable for diabetics, gluten free and vegans!
